宿主mRNA在结核诊断的研究进展

摘要 结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引起的慢性传染病,传统的检测手段检出率低、费时、不能早期诊断、标本不易取得,延误了结核患者的诊治,因此亟需一种简单、快速、方便的即时诊断技术,而结核宿主的基因表达差异可以达到这一目的,通过检测外周血的mRNA不仅可以快速诊断结核,还可以有效鉴别活动性结核与潜伏感染结核,甚至监测抗结核治疗疗效。本文对可作为结核诊断的目标mRNA做一综述。 Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The traditional means ofdetection is time-consuming, low detection rate, difficult to obtain specimens. These shortcomings delay the diagnosis andtreatment of TB patients. Therefore, there is a need for a simple fast convenient instant diagnosis technology. The detection ofperipheral blood m RNA not only can rapidly make a diagnosis of tuberculosis, but also can effectively identify activetuberculosis and latent tuberculosis infection, and even monitoring the efficacy of anti-tuberculosis treatment. This reviewsummarizes the relevant m RNA for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
