矿用剪叉式液压升降台的有限元分析

摘要 随着经济的快速增长,对矿产资源的需求量不断增加,伴随科技化程度不断的加深,矿产开采也引进了大量先进的设备。为了提高矿产运输承载能力,使用了一种剪叉式液压升降台。本文以矿用剪叉式液压升降台的有限元分析为研究对象,首先对剪叉式液压升降台的主要参数进行充分的说明,然后对剪叉式液压升降台结构特征进行分析,最后对剪叉式液压升降台的参数优化进行了深入的研究。 With the rapid growth of economy, the demand for mineral resources are continually increased, with the degree of science and technology unceasing deepening, mining also introduced a large number of advanced equipment. Through the hydraulic drive three layer plate can be free to move in the plane, lifting function driven by internal inclined hydraulic cylinder shear fork device implementation. In order to improve the mineral transport carrying capacity, using a shear fork type hydraulic lifting platform. Based on mining of hydraulic elevating shear machine as the research object, the finite element analysis of shear fork fully are the main parameters of hydraulic lifting platform, and then the shear fork type hydraulic lifting platform structure characteristics were analyzed, and finally to shear fork the parameters optimization of hydraulic lifting platform carried on the thorough research.
