摘要
基于ANSYS Workbench软件对高空作业平台进行强度校核。在强度校核中,根据高空作业平台使用环境分为横坡与纵坡载荷,针对前侧、右侧、后侧工况分别进行校核,并进行了有限元仿真验证。基于不同结构件的疲劳性能,对高空作业平台进行了疲劳校核,确认各结构件最大疲劳应力均小于材料的许用疲劳应力,满足使用要求。
The strength of aerial work platform was checked based on ANSYS Workbench software.In the strength check,according to the operating ambient of the aerial work platform,it was divided into transverse slope and longitudinal slope loads,and the front side,right side and rear side conditions were checked respectively,and the finite element simulation verification was carried out.Based on the fatigue performance of different structural parts,the aerial work platform was checked for fatigue.It is confirmed that the maximum fatigue stress of each structural part is less than the allowable fatigue stress of the material,which meets the operating requirement.
