摘要
自多媒体教室向智慧教室转型开始,各高校的智慧教室改革进行得如火如荼,随之而来的管理与服务也成为一个问题,如何才能提供有效管理和优质服务亟待解决。文章将对处于改革阶段的现有管理与服务进行分析,认真剖析其弊端,并从理念觉悟、具体建设、具体管理和体制机制四个方面探究更有效的管理与服务方案。有效管理和优质服务必须坚持贯彻节能建设、节能管理等理念,为教师教授和学生学习提供最可靠的保障。
Since the transformation from multimedia classroom to intelligent classroom starts, the reform is in progress vigorously in each college. Subsequently, the management and services also has become a problem. The problem how to provide effective management and quality service needs urgent solution. The article will seriously analyze the shortcomings of present management and service in the reformational stage. Then, the article will explore more effective management and high quality service pro- gramme from four aspects, which are the concept of consciousness, concrete construction, concrete management and system and mechanism. Effective management and high quality service must insist and implement the idea that is energy-saving construction and management, Therefore, it can provide the most rehable guarantee for teachers and students.
