摘要
大学生就业问题是全社会普遍关注的热点问题。本文以西北农林科技大学机械与电子工程学院为例,通过对近年来大学生就业现状的分析,并就相关问题提出些针对性建议,采取切实举措,开展行之有效的大学生就业指导,从根本上提升大学生就业能力。
The employment of college students is a hot issue that has been paid close attention to by the whole society. The College of mechanical and electronic engineering of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University as an example, through the analysis of the employment status of college students in recent years, and on issues related to put forward some suggestions, to take effective measures to carry out effective employment guidance of college students, to enhance university students employment ability fundamentally.
