摘要
十八大报告强调"以服务群众、做群众工作为主要任务,加强基层服务型党组织建设",新形势下,高校基层服务型党组织建设的意义显得尤为重要。本文以扬州市四所高校的师生作为调查样本,根据调查结果分析新常态下高校基层服务型党组织的建设情况,同时发现高校基层服务型党组织还存在着服务意识薄弱、服务载体单一、服务机制不健全等问题,为进一步探索高校基层服务型党组织的建设奠定基础。
The 18th CPC National Congress report stressed that ＂serving the masses and doing mass work＂ is the main task,and we must strengthen the construction of senTice party organizations at the grassroots level. Under the new situation, the significance of the construction of grass-roots service party organizations in colleges and universities is particularly important. This paper takes the teachers and students of four universities in Yangzhou as the survey sample, and based on the survey results, analyzes the construction of the grass-roots smwice party organizations under the new normal. It is found that there are still some problems such as weak service consciousness,single service carrier and imperfect service mechanism in the grass-roots smwice party organizations in universities and colleges. And it lays a foundation for further exploring the construction of grass-roots service party organizations in universities and colleges.
