摘要
为研究军用混合动力车辆发动机启动性能,针对基于启动发电一体化电机(ISG)的混合动力车辆,建立气压差阻力矩和活塞惯性阻力矩数学模型;通过分析三相永磁同步电机矢量控制原理,建立电机数学模型;以Simulink为仿真平台,搭建基于ISG的混合动力车辆的发动机启动模型,得出了启动过程发动机阻力矩的变化情况和转速变化曲线。仿真结果表明,所采用的ISG电机及控制策略满足发动机快速稳定启动的要求。
To study the start-up performance of military hybrid vehicle engine,the paper firstly establishes mathematical models of pressure difference resistance moment and piston inertia resistance moment according to hybrid vehicle based on ISG. Then,it establishes a motor mathematical model by analyzing vector control principle of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM). Finally,it sets up an engine start-up model of hybrid vehicle based on ISG with Simulink as simulation platform,and obtains the changing situation of resistance moment and rotation change curve. The simulation result shows that the ISG and its control strategy can meet the requirements of engine starting quickly.
