摘要
为了对自行开发的柴油机混合动力客车系统进行相关的控制策略研究及性能分析,开发了一个测试平台.分析了该测试平台的软硬件功能.测试平台硬件采用模块化的设计方法,以PIC18F458为主芯片设计了测试平台的硬件采集板,包括电源模块、通讯模块以及信息采集模块等.详细分析了各个模块的结构以及设计方法.介绍了基于Labview的软件程序设计方法,包括底层驱动程序以及上层监测程序.采用多线程、Labview与C++混合编程的设计方法,提高了通讯的实时性.柴油机混合动力客车台架试验表明,此平台运行功能良好,通讯质量实时可靠.
In order to analyze the control strategy and performance of parts for diesel hybrid electric vehicle, a test platform was developed. Functions of hardware and software were presented. Modular method was used in the hardware design. PIC18F458 was used as main single chip in the acquisition board, which contains power module, communication module and signal acquisition module. The structure and methods of hardware design were presented in detail. The methods of software design based on Labview were presented. Infra drivers and monitoring program were introduced. Multithread, Labview and C + + mixed program were used in the program composition, which improves the real-time characteristic of communication. This test platform was applied in the bench test of diesel hybrid electric vehicle successfully. The results show that the platform operates well and the quality of communication is real-time and reliable.
