摘要
对头孢菌素类药物皮试国内外的不同规定、发生变态反应的机制以及针对国内临床应用头孢菌素类药物是否需要皮试、皮试液的选择、皮试液的浓度、皮试液的配制步骤、注射方法、穿刺部位以及结果判断等存在争议的问题进行综述,以期为卫生行政管理部门制定科学性强、参考性强、实用性强的权威应用指南提供依据。
It reviewed controversial issues such as the different requirements of cephalosporins at home and abroad,the mechanism of allergic reactions and the need for domestic clinical application of cephalosporins skin test,skin test solution selection,skin test solution concentration,skin test solution preparation steps,injection methods,puncture sites and the results judgement in order to provide a basis for the health administrative departments to develop a scientific,strong reference and practical authoritative application guide.
