摘要
文章通过对区域经济体中创业创新人才需求理论的阐释,探讨福建自贸区建设对各类创新创业人才需求情况,进而发现高校在创业创新人才的培养和输出方面存在一定的差距。高校应主动对接区域产业调整升级,积极优化学科专业结构,将创新创业教育改革融入人才培养体系,配齐创业教育师资队伍,政产学研协同推进科技成果转化。
Based on the explanation of the theory of demand for entrepreneurial talents in regional economies, the article discusses the demand for various types of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the construction of Fujian Free Trade Zone. We find that there is a certain gap in the cultivation and output of innovative talents.Universities should optimize the structure of discipline, integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the personnel training system, complete with entrepreneurship education teachers, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements by combining government, industry, research and production.
