摘要
本文系统梳理了中国航天国际标准的发展历程,从大量引进国外标准到自主研制再到自主创新,中国航天标准逐步走向国际市场。面对着标准引进来、走出去和互认的现实需求,提出了加强自身标准体系建设、构建国际标准群或标准体系、抢占产业化市场国际标准制高点的措施,进一步提升中国航天在国际航天领域的"话语权",力争使航天标准成为航天产品走出去的"通行证"。
The paper discusses ＂the development course of international standards for China aerospace, from the introduction of foreign standards to the independent development, and then to the independent innovation. Chinese aerospace standards are gradually applied in the international market. Facing the real demands about import, going global and mutual recognition, the paper put forward measures to strengthen its standards system construction, and build the system of international standards, to further enhance the competitiveness of Chinese aerospace in the international field, and make the aerospace standards become the ＂passport＂ for Chinese aerospace products.
