摘要
本文基于市场国际化、标准国际化和中国是现代国际社会负责任的积极成员之现实,提出以建立开放的标准域为基点,重构《标准化法》第4条的立法建议,并提出三种方案供立法机构进行选择。
Based on the market internationalization, standards internationalization and the reality that China is a responsible active member in modern international community, this paper proposes to amend and reconstruct the article 4 of the Standardization Law via the establishment of open standards range. For this purpose, the paper puts forward three modified opinion for the legislative body.
