摘要
目的分析上消化道出血,对其行急诊内镜治疗效果。方法随机抽取2015年2月—2017年2月到我院接受治疗的68例上消化道出血患者,对患者行24 h急诊内镜检查及内镜下有效的止血治疗。结果66例(97.06%)患者止血非常成功。结论对上消化道出血患者,及时行有效的急诊内镜治疗,能够准确地确定患者的病因,能够减少出血量,在短时间内达到止血的效果,能促使该部分患者尽早得到恢复,将消化道出血损伤控制在最小。
Objective To analyze the effect of emergency endoscopic treatment on upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, 68 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital were randomly selected, they underwent 24 h emergency endoscopic examination and effective endoscopic hemostasis. Results Hemostasis was successful in 66 patients （97.06%）. Conclusion For patients With upper gastrointestinal bleeding, timely emergency endoscopic treatment is effective, can accurately determine the etiology ofpatients, can reduce the amount of bleeding, the bleeding effect in a short period of time, can make the patients recover as soon as possible, the hemorrhage of digestive tract damage control at a minimum.
