摘要
先天性主动脉弓发育不良是罕见的先天性心血管疾病,可累及弓横部近段、弓横部远段、峡部。该文报道了一例以颈部异常搏动包块、右上肢高血压为主要表现,疑似大动脉炎的先天性主动脉发育不良的罕见病例,有助于完善对主动脉狭窄病因的鉴别及认识。
Congenital aortic arch hypoplasia is a rare congenital cardiovascular disease, which can involve the proximal transverse aortic arch, distal transverse aortic arch, or the isthmus. This paper reported a rare case of congenital aortic arch hypoplasia suspected as Takayasu＇s Arteritis, which manifested a neck pulsatile mass and high blood of right upper limb, and will help doctors to diagnose the etiology of aortic.
