摘要
大动脉炎是一种累及主动脉及其主要分支和肺动脉的慢性非特异炎症,病因未明。近年来,随着对该病研究的深入,在诊断和治疗上取得了一些进展。本文基于近年来的相关研究及我们的临床经验进行综述。
Takayasu＇s arteritis is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory involved the aorta, its main branches and the pulmonary artery. Its pathogenesis is still unknown. In recent years,some advances have been made in diagnostic assessment and therapeutic approach of the disease. This article reviewed the advances and our clinical experience in management of the disease.
