摘要
目的:研究牙齿外伤后种植牙延迟修复与即刻修复的效果。方法:回顾我院2015年1月-2016年2月牙齿外伤后种植牙患者90例并根据治疗方法分两组,每组45例,延迟修复组采用延迟修复方法;即刻修复组采用即刻修复方法。就两组患者疼痛评分、平均治疗周期、平均ISQ值和种植牙修复效果、牙周组织溢脓、牙周松动、牙周组织红肿等并发症发生率进行比较。结果:即刻修复组种植牙修复效果和延迟修复组不存在显著差异,P>0.05。即刻修复组牙周组织溢脓、牙周松动、牙周组织红肿等并发症发生率和延迟修复组不存在显著差异,P>0.05。即刻修复组患者疼痛评分、平均治疗周期明显优于延迟修复组,P<0.05。即刻修复组患者平均ISQ值和延迟修复组不存在显著差异,P>0.05。结论:牙齿外伤后种植牙延迟修复与即刻修复的效果相似,但即刻修复可更好缩短治疗周期,减轻患者痛苦,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To study the effect of delayed repair and immediate repair of dental implants after tooth injury. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in 90 patients with dental implants in January 2015 and February 2001. The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment group. The patients were treated with delayed repair method. The immediate repair group was treated with immediate repair method. The incidence of complications such as pain score, mean treatment cycle, mean ISQ value and implant restoration effect, periodontal tissue overflow, periodontal loosening,periodontal tissue swelling and so on were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the repairing effect between the implantation group and the delayed repair group(P0.05). There was no significant difference between the incidence of complications such as periodontal tissue overflow, periodontal loosening, periodontal tissue swelling and delayed repair group, P0.05. The average treatment cycle was significantly better than that of the delayed repair group(P 0.05). There was no significant difference in mean ISQ value and delayed repair group between the immediate repair group and P 0.05. Conclusion: Delayed repair of dental implants is similar to that of immediate repair, but immediate repair can shorten the treatment cycle and alleviate the pain of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
