摘要
随着城镇化进程不断加速,我国城市在以惊人的速度扩充膨胀着。城市的发展于社会、国家而言固然存在诸多好处,却也在客观上产生了不少城市垃圾。现阶段我国多将城市垃圾转移至城郊的垃圾填埋厂和焚烧厂统一处理。这在减轻城市环境负担的同时却给垃圾填埋、焚烧厂所在的村落带去了严重的环境污染并由此引发了村民的健康问题。在与环境污染的抗争过程中,由于社会资源的缺乏、农村精英的缺失以及政府与企业间的苟合,村民维护权益的道路满是荆棘。
With the accelerating process of urbanization,more and more cities in China have been experiencing extraordinary expansion and development.To deal with so much urban waste,landfills and waste incineration plants are built in the countryside,which has brought serious environmental pollution and relevant healthy problems,especially cancers to local villagers.Due to the limitations of social resources,the lack of rural elite and collusion between the business and the government,it is difficult for villagers to be against local environment pollution and to protect their own interests.
