摘要
由于卷烟辅料库自动导引车(AGV)系统存在小车空跑、多跑及系统参数设置不合理等问题,导致自动导引车(AGV)系统运行效率偏低,已不能满足精益生产的要求。为保证生产所需的辅料高效、安全送达到卷包机组,消除断料停产隐患,需对自动导引车(AGV)系统的调度策略和相关参数进行优化。通过优化调度策略和根据实际情况调整相关参数后,卷烟辅料库自动导引车(AGV)系统效率得到了提升,降低了维修、备件更换费及电能消耗。
In this paper, in view of the problems afflicting the AGV system in the cigarette ingredient warehouse, which lowered the running efficiency of the system, we optimized the dispatching strategy and relevant parameters of the system, through which, we improved its effectiveness and lowered its maintenance, replacement and power cost.
