摘要
超高层混凝土建筑结构复杂、施工场地狭小、工期紧张、混凝土强度高,传统的布管方式与输送设备不能有效防止泵管堵塞。泵管堵塞不但会造成混凝土与泵管的浪费,还会影响工程进度。结合津湾广场9号楼项目混凝土浇筑作业实例,从人、机、料、法、环、测等方面对混凝土泵送进行全方位的控制,有效避免了混凝土泵送过程中泵管的堵塞。
The super-tall concrete structure features complexity, small construction site, tense construction period and high concrete strength. The traditional cloth tube method and the conveyance equipment cannot effectively prevent the block- age. Pump blockage can not only cause the waste of concrete and pump, but also affect project progress. Taking concrete pouring operation of Building 9 of Jin Bay Plaza project as an example, this paper describes the prevention of pumping concrete pump pipe blockage by using omni-directional control concrete pumping from the aspects of manpower, machine, material, method, ring, measuring, etc.
