摘要
通过分析相关技术标准和研究成果,结合两例超高层建筑工程实践案例,从设计、施工、监理及检测等环节,对超高层钢管混凝土柱芯混凝土的质量控制方法就行了研究与总结,得出全过程质量控制措施主要有:钢管内混凝土浇筑工艺试验、梁柱节点型式、混凝土浇筑方法、钢管与混凝土间脱空问题、混凝土质量通病问题、精细的施工方法和隐蔽工程验收程序来弥补检测手段的不足。可为柱芯混凝土全过程质量控制提供一些可行的借鉴与建议。
By analyzing the relevant technical standards and research results,combined with two practical cases of tall building engineering from the design,construction,supervision and inspection,the quality control methods of core concrete of steel pipe column of skyscraper were researched and summaried,it is concluded that the whole process of quality control measures mainly include:steel pipe concrete pouring process test,beam-column node type,method of concrete pouring,gap between steel pipe and concrete,the common fault problems of concrete quality,fine construction methods and concealed engineering acceptance procedures to make up for the inadequacy of detection means.So as to provide some feasible references and suggestions for the whole process quality control of core concrete of steel pipe column.
