摘要
通过大样电解方法研究了汽车大梁钢中大型夹杂物。结果表明,稳态铸坯中大型夹杂物以Si O_2、Si O_2-Al_2O_3等复合氧化物为主;头坯中大型夹杂物以Ca O-Al_2O_3、Ca O-Mg O等复合氧化物为主;混浇坯中大型夹杂物以Si O_2、Si O_2-Al_2O_3、Si O_2-Mn O等复合氧化物为主;尾坯中大型夹杂物以Si O_2、Si O_2-Ca O等复合氧化物为主。
The large inclusions in steel were carried out by means of large sample electrolysis method for automobile girder steel. The results show that the large inclusions in the steady-state slab are mainly composed of SiO2 and SiO2-Al2O3, and the large inclusions are mainly CaO-Al2O3 and CaO-MgO. The large inclusions are mainly composed of SiO2, SiO2-Al2O3 and SiO2-MnO. The large inclusions are mainly SiO2, SiO2-CaO and other composite oxides .
