摘要
通过分析DC06钢种生产过程中非稳态浇铸的铸坯洁净度,结果表明:头坯2.5 m后铸坯中夹杂物质量分数趋于稳定,接近3.0 mg/10 kg的正常坯水平;交接坯中大型夹杂物质量分数高于正常坯水平,主要为含Ti、Zr的Al_2O_3-CaO类的夹杂;液面波动时铸坯中大型夹杂物的质量分数,与正常坯水平接近;换水口时铸坯中的大型夹杂物明显高于正常坯水平,达到了20 mg/kg以上,夹杂物主要为球状的氧化铝夹杂,来源水口结瘤物。
Through the analysis of cleanliness,unsteady casting of DC06 steel in the production process the results show that the head slab 2.5 m after inclusion content of casting billet tends to be stable,close to the 3.0 mg/10 kg normal level is higher than the level of normal slab billet;large inclusion content transfer blank,mainly containing Ti and Zr of the Al2O3-CaO class with content level;the fluctuation of the large inclusions in the slab,close to the normal level of billet;nozzle change when the large inclusions in the slab billet was significantly higher than the normal level,reached more than 20mg/kg,the inclusions are mainly spherical alumina inclusion,source water mouth clogging.
