摘要
用原位统计分布分析仪(OPA-100)研究了拉速变化时(1.4 m/m in至0.6 m/m in,0.6 m/m in至1.4 m/m in)IF钢1 150 mm×230 mm铸坯表层试样夹杂物粒径和频数的分布。结果表明,夹杂物粒径与其频数分布规律基本符合一阶指数衰减曲线,夹杂物粒径x(μm)与频数y的拟合公式为y=A1.exp(-x/t1)+y0;式中A1,t1,y0为常数;R为相关系数(R2>0.97)。
The distribution of size and frequency of inclusion in samples of surface layer of IF steel 1 150 mm × 230 mm casting slab with unsteady casting speed ( 1.4 m/min to 0.6 m/min and 0.6 m/min to 1.4 m/min) has been studied by Original Position Analysis System (OPA-100). The results show that the distribution nile of size and frequency of inclusion basically accords with first-order exponential decay curves. The expressions of inclusion size x (μm) and frequency y is y - A1 · exp ( - x/t1 ) + y0 ; A1, t1 and y0 are constant, R is related coefficient ( R^2 〉 0.97).
