摘要
通过全浸泡法和失重法研究了Al-8Si合金在5%Na Cl(p H=6.5~7.2)溶液中的腐蚀行为,并观察了腐蚀前后Al-8Si合金组织形貌的变化。结果表明,合金质量减少量与时间呈幂函数关系;腐蚀从共晶Si相附近及晶界处优先开始,以晶间腐蚀和点蚀为主。
The corrosion behaviors of Al-8Si alloy in 5%NaCl (pH=6.5-7.2) solution was investigated by the methods of full immersion and mass loss, and the variation of microstructures of the alloy before and after corrosion was observed. The results show that the mass loss of the Al-8Si alloy presents a power fimction relationship on the corrosion time. The corrosion occurs preferentially near the eutectic Si phase and grain boundary. The corrosions are mainly intercrystalline corrosion and the pitting corrosion.
