摘要
从生态文明的视角切入,运用文献分析法、交叉研究法和比较研究法针对河北省承接京津产业转移进行研究。通过相关文献分析在京津冀区域经济一体化背景下河北省承接京津产业转移的优势,并结合实际情况阐述承接转移产业过程中存在的问题,以及所面临的挑战,提出了在生态文明视角下对京津产业转移进行合理承接的对策建议。结果表明:只有在承接产业转移过程中兼顾生态文明保护,才最符合当今社会发展的趋势。
From the angle of ecological civilization, using literature analysis method, cross-research and comparative study method, this paper studies the industrial transfer of Beijing and Tianjin in Hebei province. Through the analysis of the related literature Economic integration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the background of Hebei Province to undertake industrial transfer of Beijing and Tianjin advantage, combined with the actual situation, discusses the existing problems in the process of industrial transfer, and challenges, puts forward the perspective of ecological civilization suggestions on reasonable acceptance of Beijing-Tianjin industrial transfer. The results show that the protection of ecological civilization in the process of industrial transfer is most in line with the trend of social development.
