摘要
党的十七大提出了"建设生态文明"的全面小康社会新目标。当前,理论界对于生态文明概念存在三种不同的理解,学者们分别从人类社会发展阶段视角、生态文明的调节对象或构成要素视角以及广义和狭义相区分的视角来定义生态文明。对于生态文明的特征,可以归纳为人与自然和谐相处的生态文明理念、有利于实现经济社会可持续发展的生态经济模式、有利于地球生态系统稳定的生态消费方式以及公正合理的生态制度等。对于生态文明在中国特色社会主义文明体系中的地位,主要有三种理解:一种观点认为生态文明是比物质文明、精神文明和政治文明更高一级的概念,是其他三种文明的总称;另一种观点认为生态文明是与其他三种文明相并列的概念;还有一种观点认为生态文明与其他三种文明既是并列概念,又是更高一级的概念。
Nowadays there are three kinds of understanding on the concept of ecological civilization.Scholars define the concept from the angle of the development stages of human society,the regulating object or composing elements of civilization,and the difference between generalized concept and narrow concept.As to the characteristic of ecological civilization,it can be summarized as the notion of harmony between human and nature,the ecological economy pattern helpful to sustainable development of society,the ecological consumption pattern makes for the fixedness of the earth system,and fair and reasonable ecological system.About the status of ecological civilization in the civilization system of Chinese Characteristic Socialism,there is different ideas.One is that ecological civilization is a more advanced concept than material civilization,spirit civilization,and politics civilization.the second is that there is equivalence in the four concepts.And the third is that ecological civilization is both a equivalent concept to the other three concepts and a more advanced one than them.
