白芷配方颗粒的指纹图谱研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立白芷配方颗粒的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为白芷配方颗粒的鉴别、质量评价及控制提供参考。方法采用HPLC法,以Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为280 nm;柱温25℃。结果建立白芷配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,以花椒毒酚为参照,确定了22个共有峰为特征峰,并指认出了12号峰为花椒毒酚、16号峰为水合氧化前胡素、18号峰为欧前胡素、22号峰为异欧前胡素,对照指纹图谱色谱峰丰富,相似性好。结论该方法稳定、可靠,可用于白芷配方颗粒的鉴别及质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Angelica Dahurica radix formula granules. METHODS The HPLC analysis was carried out in Agilent Eclipse Plus C18( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% formic acid by gradient elution at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm; the column temperature was 25 ℃.RESULTS Twenty-two peaks were selected as the character fingerprint peaks of Angelica Dahurica radix formula granules,four of which( xanthotol,oxypeucedanin hydrate,imperatorin,isoimperatorin) were identified,with good similarities. CONCLUSION The method is accuracy and reliable,could be used as the quality control method for Angelica Dahurica radix formula granules.
