摘要
目的:研究用三维组方方法自拟鼻鼽汤治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将204例符合变应性鼻炎诊断标准的患儿按随机数字表法分为三组,每组68例,三组分别为自拟中药鼻鼽汤组(中药组),西药丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂组(西药组)和中西药联合组(联合组)。中药组采用单纯中药鼻鼽汤治疗,西药组用单纯西药丙酸氟替卡松治疗,联合组采用联合治疗,经过为期1个月的治疗观察疗效。结果:中药组总有效率为88.23%,西药组为55.88%,联合组为95.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患儿症状评分均低于治疗前(喷嚏、清水样涕、鼻氧、鼻塞等),联合组低于单纯中药组(P<0.05),单纯中药组低于西药组(P<0.05),联合组低于单纯西药组(P<0.05)。三组血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平都明显下降,三组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)与治疗前比较都升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且三组上述指标的改善情况为联合组免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平均下降最为明显,单纯西药组指标下降低于单纯中药组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻鼽汤治疗儿童变应性鼻炎效果优于单纯丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂,自拟鼻鼽汤联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎效果优于单纯中药治疗。中西药配合使用治疗儿童变应性鼻炎效果更加明显。
Objective:Study on the clinical effect of three-dimensional make-up of Biqiu decoction in treating children allergic rhinitis.Methods:204 children who met the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis were divided into three groups according to random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The Biqiu decoction group.The western medicine fluticasone propionate aerosol group.The Chinese and western medicine combined group.The first group was treated with simple Biqiu decoction,the second group was treated with simple fluticasone propionate,the third group was treated with combined therapy,after one month of treatment,the curative effect was observed.Results:The total effective rate of group 1 was 88.23%,group 2 was 55.58%,and group 3 was 95.58%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptoms scores in the three groups were lower than those before treatment(sneezing,runny nose,etc.),the combined group was lower than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the combined group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interleukin-17(IL-17)levels were significantly decreased in the three groups,and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels were increased in the three groups compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the above indexes in the three groups were improved as the levels of IgE and IL-17 in the combined group were the most significantly decreased,and the indexes in the western medicine group were lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Biyu decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children is better than that of fluticasone propionate aerosol alone,and the effect of Biyu decoction combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.The effect of Chine
