摘要
非镇痛药物护理干预是创面操作性疼痛管理中的重要部分,本文综述了换药者技术、敷料因素、内层敷料预浸湿、分散注意力等对烧伤创面操作性疼痛的辅助镇痛管理现状,为针对性管理烧伤创面操作性疼痛提供参考和依据.
Non-pharmacological nursing intervention is an important part of the management of procedure-related pain in the surface of the wound. The study reviewed current situation of the management of the assistant analgesia in the burn procedure-related pain including the technology of operator, dressings, pre-wetting of inner layer dressings and distraction to provide reference and basis for the management of burn procedure-related pain.
