摘要
针对永磁直线同步电机伺服驱动电路中采用多路电源供电,设计一种基于TOP247Y的多路单端反激式开关电源。主要介绍电源电路参数计算方法与高频变压器的设计步骤,并分析反馈补偿网络的工作原理和设计方案。实验结果表明,所设计的开关电源纹波、精度和效率等各项指标均符合设计要求,可作为伺服驱动电路的专用供电电源。
In view of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo drive adopts multi power supply circuit, a multi channel single ended fly-back switching power supply based on TOP247Y is designed. This paper mainly intro- duces the calculation method of the power circuit parameters and the design steps of the high frequency transformer, and analyzes the working principle and the design scheme of the feedback compensation network. The experimental re- sults show that all the indexes of the switching power supply such as ripple, precision and efficiency are in line with the design requirements, and it can be used as a special power supply for the servo drive circuit.
