文章简述了超高亮度LED技术的发展历程和目前的技术水平,在超高亮度LED技术中所出现的新材料和新的制造工艺以及当前各国的发展水平。重点分析了目前超高亮度LED技术在信号指示、图形显示、照明等技术领域中的应用和实用化产品的普及情况,并且对超高亮度LED技术的未来应用进行了展望。
An account of the development and today＇s technology level of the Super- brightness LED was given in this paper. At present, there are many new materials and new manufacture crafts in every country. It is important to analyze the application of the Super- brightness LED in the fields of signal instruction, figure display and illumination. The usage of the Super- brightness LED technology in the future was assumed.
