摘要
本文在介绍大功率LED的恒流驱动特性的基础上,讨论了当前用于LED控制的电阻限流电路,串联和并联线性调节电路和充电泵电路。详细分析了适用于LED驱动的四种开关变换器结构,并对四种开关变换电路进行闭环仿真。最后对文中讨论的大功率LED驱动方案进行了比较,可以看出开关变换电路比其他三种驱动电路具有更高的效率。
In this paper, the constant current driving characteristic of High Power LED is introduced, and then the series-connected resistor circuit, series linear regulating circuit, parallel linear regulating circuit, and charge pump circuit are discussed. Four switching converters, which are suitable for High Power LED, are analyzed in detail, and their close loop simulations are also performed. Compared to other control modes, the four switching converters are of higher efficiency.
