摘要
加强医药卫生人才队伍建设,重点在于加强基层人才队伍建设。为了培养满足城乡基层医疗和保健工作岗位要求的针灸推拿人才,适应地方经济建设和社会发展,本文针对高职针灸推拿专业原有人才培养模式存在问题,探索了针灸推拿专业"校院合作,防治兼备,三能递进"的人才培养模式。
Strengthening the construction of medical and health personnel focus on strengthening the construction of grassroots per-sonnel. In order to cultivate the acupuncture and massage talents to meet the requirements of urban and rural primary health care and health care jobs, to adapt to local economic construction and social development, based on the grass-roots health care jobs, and for the professional ethics training model of acupuncture and moxibustion, professional ＂ school cooperation, prevention and control,three abilities can be progressive＂ mode of personnel training was discussed in the this paper.
