摘要 本文采用东丽碳纤维制备了碳纤维增强聚丙烯(CF/PP)复合材料,对所制备复合材料的力学性能进行了研究,并进一步结合复合材料断面扫描电镜照片,研究了CF表面处理对复合材料拉伸强度和拉伸模量的影响。结果表明,对碳纤维进行强酸表面处理后,东丽碳纤维的增强效果明显。 Polypropylene composites reinforced by Toray carbon fiber were prepared, and their mechanical properties were studied . Based on this and combined with scanning electron micrograph of the composite cross - section, further study has been done to reveal how does carbon fiber surface treatment effect the tensile strength and tensile modulus of compos- ites. After surface treated by strong acid, it' s found that Toray carbon fiber' s reinforcing effect was significantly enhanced.
