摘要
重金属不能被生物降解,相反却能在生物体中富集,且海洋生物对重金属有较强的富集能力。当含量达到一定程度时,危害人体健康。本文以散装虾皮和市售包装成品的虾皮为实验材料,采用湿法消解和微波消解两种前处理方法,利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测虾皮中铅和镉的重金属含量。结果显示:微波消解优于湿法消解,试样测定的回收率分别为铅98%~104%和镉102%~108%,RSD分别为铅5.5%~7.8%和镉2.9%~4.3%。
Heavy metals can't be biodegraded, but can be enriched in organisms instead, and marine organisms have a strong enrichment of heavy metals. When the content reaches a certain level, it is harmful to human health. Using the bulk and finished product sold shrimp as experimental materials, using wet digestion and microwave digestion as two pretreatment methods, heavy metals of lead and cadmium in shrimp were detected by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that microwave digestion was better than wet digestion. The recovery of lead was 98% - 104%, the recovery rate of cadmium was 102% - 108%, the RSD of lead was 5.5% -7.8%, and the RSD of cadmium was 2.9% -4.3%.
