摘要
区域经济与文化发展相辅相成。我国优秀传统文化不仅成就五千年辉煌文明史,而且和以追求创新和卓越为特征的外来优秀文化一起成为改革开放后我国经济迅速崛起的动力。在全球文化产业价值链加速发展背景下,深挖我国优秀传统文化的经济功能,服务中国企业攀升全球价值链高端就显得十分必要和紧迫。通过要素理论深入探讨中国优秀传统文化的经济内涵,从文化素养、文化产业、文化事业三个维度阐述传统优秀文化促进区域经济发展的内在逻辑。优秀传统文化不仅要用高科技武装自身,而且要通过提升劳动者素质和激发企业家创新精神来提高区域发展的要素质量,还要与创新精神和现代文化接轨来提升区域发展的现代性和先进性。同时,优秀传统文化要发挥约束资本缺陷等功能,并坚持以人为本的发展理念,逐渐形成以产业文化为特征的竞争优势,真正让优秀传统文化成为区域经济发展的关键要素。
The regional economy complements the cultural development. Chinese outstanding traditional culture not only achieve five thousand years of glorious civilization,but also become the power of economic development with foreign culture which persuade innovation and excellence after the reform and opening up. Under the background of global cultural industry value chain has accelerated exponentially,it is necessary and urgent to dig the economic function of our excellent traditional culture and make the Chinese enterprises to climb the top of the global value chain. From the perspectives of culture literacy,cultural industry and culture undertaking,this paper is focus on the the economic connotation of the traditional Chinese culture through the factor theory,and expounds the inherent logic of how traditional excellent culture promote the regional economic development. Excellent traditional culture not only to use high-tech armed themselves,but also improve regional development elements by strengthening the quality of labor and inspring the innovation ability,and it also need to enhance the modernity and progressiveness of regional development by going with innitiative and modern culture. At the same time,excellent traditional culture should play a role of restricting capital defects and adhere to the people-oriented idea,and gradually formed a competitive advantage characterized by industrial culture,make excellent traditional culture become a key element of regional economic development.
