摘要
现有研究主要考虑企业软实力对企业绩效的直接影响,鲜有研究探索此种影响过程中的中介变量问题。为此,以企业与利益相关者关系为中介变量,构建了企业软实力与企业绩效关联的理论模型;并利用363份问卷调查数据,通过结构方程模型检验了模型的效用。实证结果表明,企业软实力对企业绩效、企业与利益相关者关系均具有直接显著的正向影响,企业与利益相关者关系可明显影响到企业绩效的提升,且在企业软实力与企业绩效之间扮演了桥梁作用。
The existing literature mainly considers the direct impact of soft power on corporate performance,but few studies have explored the mediating variables in the process. For that reason,the paper constructs a theoretical model for the relationship between them by using relationship between enterprises and stakeholders as a mediating variable and tests the utility of the model by structural equation modeling based on the data from the survey of 363 enterprises. The empirical results indicate as follows: corporate soft power has a direct and significant positive impact on corporate performance and the same impact on relationship between enterprises and stakeholders; relationship between enterprises and stakeholders can significantly affect the improvement of corporate performance,and plays a bridge role between corporate soft power and corporate performance.
