摘要
学科是大学承载人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新等功能的基本单元,学科水平是学校综合实力的重要表现。江西农业大学一直将学科建设作为学校发展战略的重要内容,针对当前学科建设面临的缺乏国内公认一流学科、学科布局有待优化、人才队伍总量不足、人才培养工作亟待强化等主要问题,学校明确了"十三五"期间学科建设的指导思想、发展目标和战略措施,积极同步实施优势学科提升计划、特色学科振兴计划、基础学科培育计划、人文学科繁荣计划,建立起一个层次分明、布局合理、特色鲜明的学科体系,推进学校有特色高水平大学建设。
Disciplines are the vehicles to carry out the basic functions of university education of talents cultivation,scientific research,social service and cultural heritage. Discipline development level is a mark of a university's comprehensive strength.The construction of disciplines has been treated as a priority in the strategic development of Jiangxi Agricultural University,and based on the problems in the disciplinary construction such as lack of agreed national first-class discipline,the under-optimization of disciplinary distribution,the under-configuration of faculty,the under-training of the present professional talents teams,etc,the guiding principles,development goals and strategy for the discipline construction in the '13th Five Year Plan'have been clearly defined by JAU,and the advantaged discipline upgrading plan,the characteristic discipline enhancement plan,basic discipline cultivation plan and humanities discipline flourishing plan are simultaneously implemented,in order to establish a discipline system with distinctive layers,rational distribution and characteristics all for the ultimate goal of characteristic high-level university construction.
