摘要
针对隧道二衬浇筑后其拱顶位置常留有空洞缺陷的问题,介绍了一种利用低密度、低弹模、高变形性的泡沫混凝土新材料填充上述缺陷的新方法。以福建某山岭隧道工程为例,利用ABAQUS软件分析采用该方法后二衬支护结构的安全可靠度。结果显示:该方法能够有效解决二衬结构拱顶位置空洞缺陷的问题,控制围岩拱顶变形,防止二衬结构受力不均与局部受力过大。
After the second lining pouring of tunnel,empty defect problems often occur on the top arch. In this paper,a kind of new foamed concrete material with low density,low elastic modulus,high deformation for filling the defects is introduced. Taking a mountain tunnel project in Fujian Province as the case,the second lining support safety reliability is analyzed by ABAQUS after using this new method. The analysis results show that this method can effectively solve the cavity defects of secondary lining top structure,control deformation of the surrounding rock mass and uneven and local stress of the secondary lining structure.
