摘要
采用因科法+臭氧氧化法和因科法-臭氧氧化法2种工艺对某黄金矿山尾矿库淋溶液进行处理试验。通过对p H、氧化剂投加量的考察以及对各污染物指标处理效果分析表明,2种工艺试验效果基本无差别。综合考虑建设投资及运行成本,确定因科法-臭氧氧化法为处理某黄金矿山尾矿库淋溶液的最佳工艺。最佳试验条件下,总氰化合物和硫氰酸盐去除率均超过99%,总氰化合物质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L,COD可稳定低于50 mg/L。
In this paper,the treatment of the leaching solution from a gold mine's tailings pond was studied by two methods: INCO + ozone oxidation and INCO-ozone oxidation. Based on the investigation of p H and the oxidant dosage and the analysis of the treatment effect of each pollutant index,it was concluded that there was basically no difference between the two process tests. Taking into consideration the construction investment and operation costs,the paper decided that INCO-ozone oxidation method be the best to treat the leaching solution from a gold mine's tailings pond.Under the optimal conditions,the removal rate of total cyanide and thiocyanate is over 99 %,total cyanide mass concentration lower than 0. 5 mg/L and COD stably below 50 mg/L.
