摘要
本文分析了分布式制造技术所带来的变革,认为该领域的发展将驱动有关行业各级各类人才需求;然后提出了分布式制造领域的人才培养理念、目标、能力要求及在未来的教育教学模式。分析提出了分布式制造领域人才培养的基础学科支撑架构和功能需求,考虑到在未来分布式制造模式环境下,涉及的学科领域的广度和深度,提出了采用过程式课程构建模式和模块式课程构建模式相结合的方式构建课程体系以及满足人才培养的实验实践平台要求。最后提出了一些有关体制保障方面的建议。
This paper analyses the revolution caused by distributed manufacturing technology in the future,which will stimulus the demands for all kinds of talents in the relevant industries.Accordingly,this paper proposes the corresponding cultivating target,personal attributes and teaching patterns.Based on the fundamental subjects and functional requirement presented,considering the range and depth of the relevant disciplines for the distributed manufacturing,this paper presents the talents cultivating system and corresponding experiment platform based on the combination patterns between the process curriculum and modular curriculum.For its healthy development,the suggestion on system guarantee mechanism is proposed.
