摘要
根据负载电机特性曲线和控制策略,分析了逆变电路IGBT和斩波器IGBT功耗,并在此基础上进行了散热仿真验证。仿真结果证明,本计算方法真实有效。
According to the motor load characteristic curve and control strategy, the IGBT power consumption of inverter circuit and chopper are analyzed. On this basis, the thermal simulation verification is carried out.The simulation results show that the calculation method is real and effective.
