摘要
液态二氧化碳压裂较常规水力压裂具有不可替代的优势,消除对水的需求从而减少水资源大量消耗和环境污染,避免水敏/水锁伤害从而控制压裂液波及区域渗透性损失,无任何固相残留从而保持支撑剂填充层高导流能力等。为扩大液态二氧化碳压裂应用范围,国外研制出一种性能更为优良的液态二氧化碳密闭混砂装置。该装置利用喷射器混合液态二氧化碳和支撑剂,已成功现场应用数口井。文章分析了应用该设备进行液态二氧化碳压裂的案例,对设备性能、压裂模拟设计、现场应用及效果分析等进行详细介绍。
Liquid CO_2 fracturing can provide irreplaceable technical advantages over conventional hydraulic fracturing,eliminating the need for water to minimize the large consumption of water resources and environmental pollution,eliminating water sensitive/water lock damage to reduce the permeability loss at fracturing fluid sweep area and maintain a high conductivity at proppant packed layer due to no solids remains. In order to expand field application of liquid CO_2 fracturing,a new airtight CO_2 and proppant blender was developed and is being successfully operated in the field. It utilizes a liquid eductor to mix proppant directly into CO_2 stream. In this paper a liquid CO_2 fracturing case is introduced in detail,including blender performance,fracturing simulation & design,field application and results analysis.
