摘要
针对长庆上古生界低渗低压砂岩储层特点,为降低低压气层的伤害,改善压裂增产效果,自2000年起,长庆油田公司开展了CO2压裂工艺的系统研究和工程试验,先后在榆林、苏里格、靖边等气田的天然气井上共实施21口井23层,气层深度3000~3500 m,最大单井加砂量47.8 m3,平均砂比达29.5%,CO2泡沫质量为25%~64%.CO2压裂在多数井取得了明显的增产效果,且通过研究与试验形成了由酸性交联液体体系、恒定内相和变比例设计方法、施工技术、装备配套等组成的CO2压裂工艺体系.
Aiming to the features of upper Paleozoic sand reservoirs with low permeability and pressure in Changqing Oilfeild, to reduce the damage of the gas reservoirs with low pressure and improve the production-increasing results, the systemic study and engineering tests of CO2 fracturing techniques are conducted in Changqing Oilfeild since 2000. Total 23 layers in 21 wells are fractured in the gas wells of Yuling, Sulige, Qingbian etc. gas fields early or late. The depth of the gas layers is 3000 - 3500 m. The maximum sand filling volume for a single well is 47. 8 m3. The average sand proportion reaches to 29. 5%. The CO2 foam accounts for 25% - 64%. CO 2 fracturing achieves obvious production-increasing results for most of the wells. With the study and tests, the CO2 fracturing techniques system are formed, which consists of the acid cross-linked fluid system, the design method and operating techniques with constant internal phase and variable proportion, and the matching equipment.
