摘要
建军90年来,我军之所以能从小到大、从弱到强,从胜利走向胜利,以落后的装备先后战胜强大的国内外敌人,重要原因之一在于政治工作发挥了不可替代的作用。在梳理了我军政治工作形成发展的历史背景和过程之后,从五个方面总结了我军政治工作基本经验的主要内容,并结合国防和军队改革不断深化的形势,提出了政治工作创新发展需要遵循的五点启示。
Political work has played an important role in 90 years＇ history of PLAts growth in size and strength, and helped our army defeat all strong enemies, domestic and foreign, with backward equipment. This paper introduces historical background and process of the development of the PLA＇s political work and then summaries the main content of the basic experience of the PLAts political work from five aspects. Finally, the paper puts forward five suggestions for innovation development of the political work under the Situation of national defense and military reform.
