摘要
奥巴马政府先后颁布的三版《美国创新战略》,在推动美国创新经济发展方面发挥了重要作用。通过研究奥巴马政府三版创新战略的具体内容,分析其在战略目标、战略重点、战略布局等方面的主要特点和演变趋势,并结合中国创新战略规划的发展现状,提出美国创新战略对中国的启示。
Obama administration has issued three American Innovation Strategies,which has played an important role in promoting the development of innovative economy in the United States.Through studying the specific content of three Obama Administration Innovation Strategies,and analyzing the evolution trend in strategic objectives,strategic focus,strategic layout and strategic measures;Combining with the development of China＇s innovative strategic planning status,this research puts forward the important enlightenment of American innovation strategy to China.
