摘要
研究了利用湿法炼锌自产的铜渣直接从废电解液中除氯的工艺,并得出最佳工艺条件:反应温度为常温、铜渣加入量6kg/m3、反应时间10min,除氯后液氯含量可控制在100mg/L以内。
Dechlorination process of waste electrolyte with copper slag from zinc hydrometallurgy was studied. Chlorine content in dechlorination solution is 100 mg/L below under the optimum conditions including reaction temperature of room temperature, copper slag dosage of 6 kg/m^3 , and reaction time of 10min.
