自润滑耐磨涂层在制冷机中的批次试验研究

摘要 通过对斯特林制冷机现用的自润滑耐磨涂层材料进行三批次的喷涂试验,对该三批次的耐磨涂料在同一条件下喷涂后,分别按照国家标准进行摩擦系数、附着力、柔韧性和抗冲击强度的测试,结果得出摩擦系数稳定在0.14-0.15,附着力稳定在0级,柔韧性稳定在1mm,抗冲击强度稳定在12N·m。即三批次耐磨涂层的摩擦系数、附着力、柔韧性和抗冲击强度稳定性较好。 The wear - resistant coatings from refrigerator was carried out making the piston sprayed by the three groups, and conducted the test of the wear - resistant coatings such as friction coefficient, adhesive, flexibility and impact resistance according to the same national standard. It was indicated that the friction coefficient was 0.14 -0.15, the flexibility was lmm and the impact resistance was 12Nora. As a result, the three batch of the coating properties of the wear- resistance coatings had good stabillty.
