摘要
目的系统评价淋巴细胞亚群与帕金森病(PD)发病风险的关系。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Elsevier Science Direct、Pub Med/Medline、万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网、维普期刊资源整合服务平台,搜索已发表的T、B淋巴细胞亚群与PD相关性的病例对照研究,检索时限为建库至2016-09-30。按Cochrane系统评价方法筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量后,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入18篇病例对照研究,其中对照组609例,病例组770例。Meta分析结果显示,病例组较对照组CD_3^+T淋巴细胞计数降低[WMD=-6.48,95%CI(-8.41,-4.56),P<0.001]、CD_4^+ T淋巴细胞计数降低[SMD=-0.99,95%CI(-1.27,-0.71),P<0.001];病例组与对照组CD_8^+T淋巴细胞计数[SMD=-0.17,95%CI(-0.61,0.27),P=0.44]、B淋巴细胞计数[SMD=-0.25,95%CI(-0.61,0.12),P=0.19]比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 CD_3^+、CD_4^+T淋巴细胞可能与PD的发病风险相关,CD_8^+T淋巴细胞及B淋巴细胞亚群与PD的发病风险未见相关性。
Objective To perform a meta-analysis of the correlation between lymphocyte subsets and Parkinson's disease( PD). Methods We did a systematic literature review of Cochrane Library, Elsevier Science Direct, Pub Med/Medline,Wanfang data,CNKI and CQVIP to identify studies published as of September 30 th,2016,in which case-control study of T and B lymphocyte subsets and PD was reported. We screened the associated articles,extracted data and assessed them by using the Cochrane methods for conducting systematic reviews. Then,a meta-analysis was performed by using the Rev Man5. 2 software. Results Finally,18 articles were included,involving 609 controls and 770 PD cases. Meta-analysis found that,compared with the controls,the PD cases had significantly decreased CD3^+T lymphocytes [WMD =-6. 48,95% CI(-8. 41,-4. 56),P 0. 001 ],and obviously decreased CD4^+T lymphocytes [SMD =-0. 99,95% CI(-1. 27,-0. 71),P 0. 001 ]; both groups had similar CD8^+T lymphocytes [SMD =-0. 17,95% CI(-0. 61,0. 27), P = 0. 44 ] and B lymphocyte subsets [SMD =-0. 25,95% CI(-0. 61,0. 12),P = 0. 19]. Conclusion The CD3^+ and CD4^+T lymphocytes may have associations with the risk of PD. However,the associations of CD8^+T lymphocytes and B lymphocyte subsets with PD have not been observed.
