摘要
作为国家档案局电子文件归档和电子档案管理第一批试点单位,公司对核心业务系统形成的凭证性电子文件的元数据管理进行深入研究,综合考虑了元数据的各种来源和作用,形成了一套完整的元数据方案以及设计了基于XML的元数据封装结构。本文介绍了核电企业管理财务会计类和商务合同类电子文件元数据的业务需求以及在信息化角度基于HBase的电子文件元数据管理的实现方案。为核电企业开展海量电子文件元数据管理的信息化建设提供一种可供实践的参考方案。
As the first batch of pilot units for the electronic filing and electronic archives management of the national archives, JNPC conducts in - depth research on the metadata management of the voucher - based electronic documents formed by the core tmsiuess system, taking into account the various sources and functions of metadata, the tbrmation of a complete set of metadata programs and the design of XML - based metadata encapsulation structure. This paper introduces the business needs of nuclear data management and financial contract metadata and the realization of electronic file metadata management based on HBase. This paper provides a practical reference scheme for the nuclear power enterprises to carry out the information construction of massive electronic file metadata management.
